              My aunt and friend had just bought cars...

              My aunt and friend had just bought cars from here and they highly recommended Charlie Watson. My mom and I went in because I was looking to purchase a new car I was looking at the new Chevrolet Sparks and I really didn't think I would get to buy one because I didn't have a lot of money down but Charlie made it happen I swear this guy knows what he is doing there is no haggling he gets exactly what you want he is defiantly for the customer and now I am in a new car with the payments I want and I cant thank him enough ! the whole experience was great, when me and my mom went in there we asked for Charlie and we got right in contact with him he asked what we were looking for and then we went and looked at all the models he was very confident that he would get me in a car that day then we test drove one and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, then we went and talked some number it was past 6 on Monday so we didn't hear back right away so we had to come back the next day which wasn't a big deal because he was trying his best, the next day he called me and told me that I got accepted for the loan and asked me when I could come back in to sign the paper and I told him when we got back in there he already had the papers worked and all I had to do was sign and I was on my way. He is GREAT and I would highly recommend him for any car purchase. The staff was friendly and highly knowledgeable on what they were doing and made us feel very comfortable.

              The service was fine and the damaged...

              The service was fine and the damaged tire was replaced. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the service rep I spoke with when I brought the car in stated that I must have been driving for quite a while on a flat tire. Even when I explained that the low tire pressure indicator lights only came on after I felt the wheel slip (in the middle of a turn) and the only driving I did was to complete the turn and pull into a parking lot, I got the feeling she still thought it was my fault. I did not appreciate that.
