Today i totaled my car, but due to the wonderful service at this dealership hours later i was back on the road in my new Impala Lt. This car is sleek to the max. Customer service was a maximum. John Montogery took the time to make sure we were getting the biggest bang for our buck! John also test drove the vehicle with us where he went over ever feature and made sure we were comfortable about using everything. My experience at Advantage Chevrolet was excellent. My sales rep Andre was very knowledgeable. I was interested in a Traverse and he showed me the car inside and out. He then showed me how to operate everything the car has to offer. We went for a test drive and the vehical handles the turns and the bumps very smoothly. I purchased a Silverado a year ago; John Montgomery was a terrific salesman. Friday of last week I was in auto accident, during which my truck rolled, and my Silverado was totaled. I walked away with bruises and cuts. A few days later I saw the truck and was amazed I walked away. I'm sold on the Silverado. I purchased a new 2011 Chevrolet Traverse after reading reviews and renting one for a family vacations. I was impressed by the ride and decided I had to get one. I went to Advantage Chevrolet and after looking at the inventory and different options I was a little stumped on what options I really needed. Sales Professional Freddy Pantoja came to the rescue and explained everything and I drove out of there with the vehicle I wanted with every option I knew I would utilize. My experience at buying a car from Advantage Chevrolet in Bolingbrook was A+. I had searched far and wide for a red Traverse only to find the best deal and dealership in my own backyard. We met Freddy Pantoja who showed us the basics on the car as well as the new bells and whistles. Freddy was professional and knowledgeable and at no time did we feel intimidated or pressured. He was friendly and respectful of our needs and we closed the deal on our new car. I felt that everyone else we met that day in the dealership from finance manager to service manager held customer service as their first priority. This was our best experience in car buying.

The main reason why I chose Advantage Chevrolet in Bolingbrook, Il. Was because of the prices online. I live in Green Bay Wisconsin, and had been looking at silverado trucks for months! When I found the add for this dealership, I printed it out. None of the dealers here could match the price so I made the drive to BolingBrook. John Montgomery was my salesman. he was very professional. And very patient with me in my decision. I was actually able to find a nicer silverado then the one I came to buy. They have a very large selection, no matter what your looking for. The rest of the staff was also very courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This was our 2nd purchase from them and had another great experience. Raining and all on that Saturday Alvro came out to meet us and we took it from there....all incentives were disclosed . Less than 3 hrs ws very important to us and have everything explained in detail. We joked around and before you knew it we in the Finance Mgr office signing the documents. . Service Dept quick and fast on those extra keys I had made that day. Onstar training was even done by Alvaro; most sales guys would not have done that......I get numerous compliments on the truck and double takes from Ford owners. Oh well it's mine.

I had stopped by to take a glance of the Chevy Cruze. John Montgomery came out, introduced himself with a friendly hand shake and a smile. He handed over his business card.John was informative of the vehicle inside and out. He had answered alot of questions for me without having to ask because of his thorough knowledge especially the safety of the car and the highway fuel economy.I was very impressed how John was multitasking with myself and another customer at the same time, not making me feel I was second in line at all. John even took the time to provide me a one point lesson on the functions of the car that my 2003 Chevy Malibu did not have for instance, the safety features about Onstar,of the airbag ten locations driver frontal and rear seats, child saftey locks, driver information center panel display menus, ect. I had purchased my 2003 Chevy Malibu from here eight years ago and today walked away with the same satisfaction of knowing I received a top safe vehicle along with a great deal.

My experience with Advantage Chevrolet and in particular, with salesman Chuck Williams was fantastic. I live 1100 miles from Bolingbrook and everything was done over the phone. Chuck described the vehicle accurately and in great detail. He also worked with my car carrier to get my vehicle to Montana. Upon arrival I have found the vehicle to be in much better overall condition than expected. Hats off to Chuck and Advantage Chevrolet. I only wished that every salesperson I deal with could be as courteous, accomodating and helpful as Chuck Williams.

I believe this is about the 9th or 10th new car my wife and I have bought in our life times. I can easily say this is the best dealership we have ever dealt with. The entire staff was great. They are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and the price was right. Jim Galbraith got us in the door, and John Montgomery got us out, with a brand new Chevy Traverse. Here's the bottom line; we will be buying another new car in 2 to 3 years, and when that time comes, we will head directly to Advantage Chevrolet in Bolingbrook, and ask for Jim and John.

Advantage Chevy has been a great dealership to work with. I bought an 07 cobalt ls from them a few years back and bring my 07 cobalt ss/sc to them if anything is wrong with it. They are always one of the first dealerships I go to when I'm looking into buying a new car. The salesman are not pushy or annoying and they will work with you to give you the best deal that they can. If you're looking into buying a new Chevy, or looking to buy a used vehicle I would reccomend starting at advantage. And when you do, ask for Freddy Rantoja

I got a great internet price and did't have to haggle over a price. When my plates came in the service dept. was busy, so Noye put the plates on himself even though it was very cold outside. I mention him by name because he is great to deal with. So from that time to now I have had John as my sales rep for an Aveo, a2009 Silverado, and now the Equinox. I could heap laurels on John but the fact that a person seeks out the same sales rep. for several purchases speakes volumes. The dealership n the whole is excellent. The entire staff is friendly, eager to serve, customer oriented, and it is a great place to do business. It's "my" Chevy dealer and John is "my" sales rep.

Let me preface this by stating that I would rather walk into a dentist office than a car dealership........at least until I found Advantage. After receiving an internet price from Jim that was too good to ignore (and then a follow-up email telling me I was entitled to an additional discount) I just had to make a trip down for a test drive. When I arrived I met with Jim whom was a pleasure to speak with. As others have mentioned, he makes you feel like you are an old friend. Advantage sure picked the right guy for THAT position....Customer Relations Manager! After a brief introduction Jim turned me over to Alvi (the 2010 Advantage Salesman of the Year) and a super individual to boot. He was very cordial, easy going and made me feel very comfortable. He explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions regarding the Cruze I was interested in. After some negotiations with Walter on my trade-in we arrived at a price I was happy with and the paperwork was signed. This has been one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had but hopefully will NOT be my last experience with Advantage.

Working with Advantage Chevrolet in Bolingbrook was a complete pleasure from beginning to end. I called to inquire about information and Alvi took my call and provided me with the info I needed. When I visited, took a test drive and came back to make the purchase, the process was easy and Alvi was great. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I recently went to Advantage to check out a 07 Monte Carlo and Charlie Watson was the easiest sales associate that Id ever dealt with. Very laid back and was not jumping down my throat to get a deal made.I told them I had financing pre-arranged and he asked for me to allow them to at least see if they could match the rate or beat it. And sure enough they came through actually lowering my payment. Very fast and easy but yet efficient. My wife also noticed the day after that the seat belt on the passenger side would not latch. They took care of that problem at no cost to me. I will be back when I need a new car in the future. Thanks Alot for making the car buying experience easy!

I just purchased a 2010 Impala from Jason Askew. He was incredible from start to finish. A very down to earth guy, easy to get along with, treated us with respect and provided great customer service. He was attentive, knew what he was talking about & definitely doesn't fit into the bad stereotypes out there of auto salesmen. We had a great experience with Jason and will absolutely be referring people to him in the future.

I take my 2008 Pontiac Torrent to Advantage Chevy for all my service needs. Everyone in the service department is always friendly and helpful. I've been to a few other service departments, but never receive the kind of service that Advantage provides. The service manager, Mark, always has a smile and a friendly hello for the customers that come in. It really is a dealership that knows how to make you feel special. I will definitely be purchasing my next new vehicle with them. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work!!

I just bought a 2011 Chevy Cruze from Advantage Chevrolet. Freddie was our sales representative; he was extremely respectful and straightforward. The finance manager was able to get us a great interest rate. After a few poor car buying experiences, it was refreshing to work with an honest sales team that seems to value customer happiness and loyalty. I will continue to do business with Advantage Chevrolet for years to come.

After purchasing my Traverse, I have been to the dealership for two routine services, a recall repair and a "cosmetic repair" and each time they have been consistently courteous and professional in handling our business. They are upfront with the costs and have been reasonably accurate on the service time estimates. This far in our relationship with Advantage Chevy, I am very satisfied with our experience.

I've had a lot of bad luck with car dealers in the past but this was the second vehicle I have purchased from Advantage Chevrolet and they have a customer for life! Never have I've felt so comfortable in a dealership as I have in Advantage chevrolet. Charles Watson did what he always does best, no pressure just a smile and information. We have purchased Five vehicles from this dealership and have felt very welcome and good about every one. Charles even called us to see how we were enjoying the HHR and if we had any problems or questions .Overall experience was awesome and the fact he remebers us and our kids really makes us feel like he cares. Samantha was professional and courteous. We received an appointment right away. The work was completed right away. We were advised of other maintenance we could have done, but not pushed to complete it at this time. Our vehicle was washed, too! We will continue to go to Advantage Chevy in Bolingbrook for service and to purchase vehicles.

WALKED IN LOOKING TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE REALLY CONFUSED AND DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO START LOOKING SO THESE WONDERFUL SALESMAN CAME UP TO BEFORE I COULD EVEN WALK INTO THE DOOR AND GREETED ME.ALVARO BELLO AND NOE WERE SO KIND FROM THE MOMENT WE WALKED IN BUT I MUST SAY THAT I FELT BAD BECAUSE THEY WERE ALMOST CLOSING BUT EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE CLOSING THEY WERE STILL TALKING TO US AND TAKING THERE TIME .WENT ON TEST DRIVE AND LOOKED AT EVERY CAR,EVERYTIME I WALK IN THERE FOR ANY MINOR SERVICE THEY TAKE GOOD CARE OF ME AS SOON AS I WALK IN THERE ALVARO MAKES SURE TO GREET ME .THE FACILITY IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND PEOPLE ARE SO POLITE .I WOULD REALLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION IM LOOKING FORWARD TO BUYING ANOTHER CAR PRETTY SOON. I recently had some service work done on my Trail Blazer at Advantage and was so touched by the complete service experience that I will be back for all my car service needs for sure. It's not often that you feel "special" when spedning your hard earned money, but I did. The immediate opening of the overhead door when I pulled up welcoming me, a service attendant at my door before I even got out of the car, a warm/friendly smile from Erik Pieper(the service consultant who took care of me), a comfortable waiting room w/TV, donuts, coffee, to the speedy service and yes even a car wash before returning my vehicle to me.....WHO DOES THAT THESE DAYS? It was delightful. Dont' waste your time going anywhere else or settling for less...Advantage Chevrolet is the way to go!

They have always gotten my car serviced in a timely fashion and if there was a delay, they kept me informed. I live in Bolingbrook and it is great to have the fexibilty of having a dealership so close to home.

Advantage Chevrolet has been the best experience I could have hoped for. I am a new customer to Chevy, and the proud owner of a new Chevy Silverado. I have run into a couple of "speed-bumps" along the way, and had nothing but excellent service at advantage. The service department has handled my oil changes with a breeze, but more recently did some body work. A family member of mine had backed their vehicle into my driver side mirror and it broke off. The service department was exceptional from the point I walked into the department to the time I left. The entire experience took me 30 minutes, and I have a brand new mirror. Erik Pieper took excellent care of my truck, and told me exactly what needed to be done in order to get the mirror fixed. I even got a free car wash!!!!!

I came back to Bolingbrook and met Freddy again and he remembered me from a previous visit when I had my son with me. I told (Freddy)Marcelino Pantoja what I was looking for and in no time I was signing for my new Equinox with the help of Tim Hosek, who explained all my financing options (very knowledgeable). Freddy took me on a tour and introduced me to some of the service department people, who told me if I ever have any questions just call and someone would know the answer, that's good to know. Freddy gave me an outstanding show and tell on the features of my new vehicle and explained all the bells and whistles and the options for Onstar,the Sirius radio. I would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends, I already have to my family. Thank You

Bought my 2010 Silverado 1500 Z71 from Advantage and have had all of my service/warranty work performed at dealership. Oil changes, tire rotations and warranty claims (minor) have all been performed quickly and efficiently. I could not be happier with the service and attitude of everyone involved. You truly feel like a family member from the moment you walk in. Follow up calls concerning the service provided and notifications of specials are commonplace. I would always refer people to visit Advantage in order to judge for themselves and can guarantee that they will be impressed. How many other service centers would point out minor imperfections that are covered by warranty??

Thanks Advantage! I was worried when I went back to purchase my next car after the ownership changed that I would be disappointed, but it is absolutely the opposite! Noeh was very helpful and continues to be attentive whenever I have any questions or needs with my 2010 Malibu. The service department has also changed for the better! Doug is great and surely understands client service. I went in on a time constraint early morning and was able to make my meeting and have my car returned the same day with minor issues!

I recently purchased my second Traverse from Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook last week. It is a new 2011 Traverse LT and I love it even more than my first one. This time I have blue tooth as a feature of the vehicle. Woo Hoo! My salesperson, Chuck Williams, was exceptional! He thoroughly reviewed each of the features of the vehicle, helped me set-up my OnStar and even helped preset my radio buttons. It's the little things that matter. Thank you Chuck for the excellent service and your time. Walter did a fabulous job putting the numbers together and Tim got me through the leasing process in an efficient and painless time period. Service was Perfect! John Montgomery was my salesman and was VERY knowledgable about the vehicals. He listened to my exact needs and took care of me. He didnt try to sell me something I didnt want or didnt need. I bought package A for my vehical and when i brought it in for the service to be done on it, everyone was very friendly and got me right in and out.

I recently visited my Dad, driving up from Dayton. While here, my car broke down and it was going to be a major expense and it just wasn't worth putting the money in it. So, I had been looking at Cobalts and started calling around. I hadn't realized they were hard to come by. Anyway, not only did Advantage Chevrolet locate several cars for me, they took my car on trade, repair and all. Really nice people going the extra distance to take care of me.
